Dropped off car for a week whilie on vacation to have mirror fixed. a. Never heard anything from Service Team after dropping car off. b. 2 days before returning, I had to call the dealership 11x of which 2x someone answered and sent me to the Service Dept. No one called me back. I just wanted to know if my car was done or not. c. Finally, I called Ricky in Sales who got someone to call me back. They said the part was in and to bring my car back to have it installed. I reminded him, "my car is there". They fixed it that day and I picked it up on Friday afternoon. d. The experience in trying to reach the dealership was terrible. It seems since I didn't know my Service Consultant's name, no one knew where to send me. I'd look at this practice as it resulted in a terrible and irritating experience.

Manny did a great job

The coupons you'll sent in mail.is misleading it says big as day $100 or $50 off any service then you put in very small pring that it means 15% .I would have never brought my Car to see why the engine light was on.. Sincerely Ms.Newland

I had originally made my appointment at Freeland and went here by mistake. They were very accommodating and got me in regardless. Finishing with a car wash and removing the residue from previous oil change sticker would’ve earned 5 stars.

The service staff are good and showing all options with transparency

Carter was helpful. Finance manager was not helpful. She had several errors on paperwork. I made an appointment to pick up the car and it still took 2.5 hours. I don’t have the car mats I ordered 10 days ago.

Hector, my sales representative, did really good job of showing all features of the vehicle that I ultimately purchased and explaining everything well, great person to work with. Beaman detailed the vehicle before I drove it off the lot, it looked amazing! When signing all the finance paperwork, the process was so easy, Braxton guided me through it effortlessly. I have used different dealerships in the past but here at Beaman GMC, I have had the best experience yet. Dakota, the service advisor was great and did and answered all my questions, was pleasant to deal with. And one thing that was really cool, when the tech did the inspection, he did a video and texted it to me and he talked as he went over everything. I liked that.

Jarrett Johnson and his team comprised of Braxton, Juan, and John provided me the absolute best customer service experience possible! They all were impressive from the beginning phone call to the end of picking up my new Acadia Elevation and signing the paperwork. I was encouraged to call on their personal cellphones at any time, even after leaving with my vehicle. I love my new Acadia, but the experience I had with this team makes it ten times better! Outstanding dealership with an amazing team of professionals!

Couldn’t have gone better

I wasn’t aware of the $16.20 charge for “CUSTOMER PAY SHOP CHARGE FOR REPAIR ORDER” before the service was conducted on my vehicle. Also, I asked about the fact that we had to purchase a battery for my car in December, even though it is covered by my warranty, because we were told several times that the battery was not covered by associates at the dealership and this has not been resolved. We spent $197.37 and I want to be reimbursed. My husband and I were going to speak to the Manager but someone called to try to get us to purchase a new car, we told him about the situation and he said he would get it straightened out but we have not heard from anyone. Again, we want the money back that we spent, unnecessarily, on a new battery.

Was there for an oil and filter change.and to check on 2 recalls.tailgate and transmission. Oil and filter change done.nothing else done or acknowledged on my paperwork.also the console cover was broken.it was not like that when I arrived there. Very disappointing.

My wife took her car for an oil change at 16,500 miles. The oil was changed by a very nice young man. The computer said she needed a new air filter for the engine and for the ac. Didn't know they needed changed so quickly. Also had a nail in one of the tires which the teck told her could not be repaired and needed a new one at over $200. Just went with the free oil change we had coming and took the car to a tire shop where the tire was repaired for $10. Thanks for the help.
